四川良源食品有限公司，核桃深加工项目是由南江县人民政府招商引资项目，2015年8月与南江县林业局正式签定了《南江核桃深加工项目投资协议》，2015年8月26日公司在南江注册成立。公司地址位于四川省南江县东榆工业园区。项目计划总投资2亿元，项目用地30亩，工程共分三期进行建设，一期总建筑面积为12900平方米，计划投资7000万元，建设2条木本油料生产线，5条以核桃为主的休闲食品生产线。建成后，年可消耗核桃原材料6000吨，核桃油1000吨、核桃糕点800吨，风味核桃500吨，核桃营养粉200吨的生产能力。工程建设于2015年12月正式动工，预计2016年11月正式投产。

公司生产的核桃油以采用优良核桃为原材料，通过科技物理压榨萃取而成，属天然可食用木本植物油，居木本油料之首。公司研发的新一代核桃糕点、风味核桃、核桃营养粉系列产品，同样选取优质核桃为原料，并采用国际精良的生产工艺制取而成。项目正式投产后，公司的目标是；实现销售收入10亿元，利税3000万元。公司有信心将南江核桃产业做大做强，发挥出更大的经济效益，真正使南江核桃产业走出南江、走向世界。

Walnut oil produced by the company is made of excellent walnut as raw material and extracted by scientific and technological physical pressing. It is a natural edible woody vegetable oil, ranking first in woody oil. The new generation walnut pastry, flavor walnut and walnut nutrition powder series products developed by the company also select high-quality walnut as raw materials, and adopt the international excellent production process. After the project is put into production, the company's goal is to achieve a sales revenue of 1 billion yuan and a profit and tax of 30 million yuan.
