The company follows the concept of energy conservation and emission reduction, low-carbon life and circular economy, takes the sustainable development of hazardous waste industry as the guide, builds a comprehensive utilization base of industrial resources as the goal, seizes the strategic opportunity of industrial restructuring and promoting the construction of ecological environmental protection park, and makes full use of all kinds of waste resources by relying on the symbiotic pattern of circular economy industry that has been preliminarily formed in the Pearl River Delta and western Guangdong To build a large-scale comprehensive industrial demonstration base that supports the sustainable development of regional economy and serves the harmless treatment of hazardous wastes and the recycling of resources across the province. Six construction projects in phase I of the company, namely harmless treatment of industrial hazardous waste liquid, waste mineral oil, waste circuit board and leftover materials, copper containing etching waste liquid, heavy metal sludge wet process and heavy metal sludge fire comprehensive utilization, have passed the acceptance of Guangdong Provincial Environmental Protection Department in October 2012, obtained the "hazardous waste operation license" and put into formal operation. The first phase of the subproject is in good operation and has formed an annual capacity of 57000 tons of industrial hazardous wastes. It has played an important role in effectively improving the comprehensive treatment and disposal capacity and technical level of industrial hazardous wastes in Zhaoqing and even the central and western Guangdong. Good environmental, social and economic benefits have been achieved. On this basis, the company carried out the second phase of the project construction, and added three new systems, namely, the comprehensive utilization system of solvent waste liquid, the non-ferrous (precious) metal waste treatment system, the waste packaging materials, and the comprehensive utilization system of containers. In May 2014, the EIA report of phase II project was approved by Guangdong Environmental Protection Department and put into formal construction. In November 2014, the phase II project successfully passed the expert technical review organized by Guangdong Environmental Protection Department. In March 2015, it passed the acceptance of Guangdong Environmental Protection Department, obtained the "hazardous waste operation license" and put into formal operation.
