公司正式注册成立于2008年初，负责人梅才法，公司是一集茶叶种植、加工、销售为一体的专业公司，地处新洲区旧街街东环公路旁的石咀村。在民间传统茶的基础上，公司于2008年投入大量资金研究开发白茶，经与中国农业科学院茶叶研究所技术人员协定并作好调研分析，公司于2008年初成功引种白茶，2009年白茶已正式上市，并送国家有关部门检验论证，现己批量生产。

武汉腾云山生态白茶有限公司有占地面积近20亩，建筑面积2800平立米全自动生产线。加工设备齐全、技术力量雄厚，现有茶叶专业技术人员12名，已开垦培养出生态高产密植茶园1000余亩，名贵白茶800亩。同时还带动周边发展了白茶2000余亩，发展势头强劲。2010年采用无性扦插繁殖种苗50亩,以公司驻地石咀村为中心，按每年带动300--500户茶农新增种植面积1000亩以上辐射周边行政村。公司每年出售苗子款获利40—50万元。通过种苗每年带动300--500户茶农推广白茶种植1000亩以上。
