重庆黑山泉饮用水有限公司地处重庆市东南部,处于北纬28.4°-109.06°、东经106.45°一107.03°之间,东和北与重庆南川区,西与重庆綦江区、南与贵州省桐梓县相邻,交通四通八达。东接渝黔高速、西连渝沙高速,12小时即可直达北海出海港口。万盛至南川高速、万盛至梨园坝二级公路建成通车,是重庆市“三环十射”高速公路网重要连接点。三(江)万(盛)铁路连接渝黔铁路干线,并通过万(盛)南(川)铁路延伸连接渝怀铁路。鉴于这些交通优势,公司于2009年9月成立,注册于原万盛区,在水源地青年镇板辽村大屋基社选址建设有1250平方米生产水的厂房,现年产水3万吨,分别可生产18.9L桶装水和55ML和380ML瓿装水两种产品,产量桶装水每天生产2400桶、瓶装水每天生产700件,首期投资300万元,初具规模。

公司2012年4月10日召开股东会议决定,再总投资3200万元,在原老厂房水源地新建一座3500平方米的、年产15万吨、两条生产线的厂房。建成后,生产桶装水和瓶装水的能力,在原产量的基础上增加3倍,可满足市场5年的需求。按目前市场调查和分析结果看,投资950万元,新建两条生产线,年可获利500万元,投资回收快。从社会角度讲:可再解决大学生、下岗职工、农村富余人员50-100人的就业,还能为万盛经开区和国家税收增加收入。
