据悉，在此合资公司中，汤臣倍健拟注资8千万到1.2亿人民币，持股比例为60%；NBTY将原有在中国市场的自然之宝（NaturesBounty）和美瑞克斯（Met-RX）两大品牌的业务以及跨境电商业务注入合资公司，持股比例为40%。现汤臣倍健药业有限公司董事长汤晖将担任该合资公司董事长，CEO和主要经营团队由汤臣倍健派出,NBTY将会派出CFO及部分团队。
