遂平益康面粉有限公司位于遂平县铁西经济开发区，东临京珠高速公路3公里，西靠107国道1公里，环境优美，交通便利，是2002年11月“驻马店市东西部合作会”的招商引资项目，于2003年8月18日正式投产运营。一期工程从施工到投产仅用8个月时间，被遂平县委、县政府誉为“益康速度”，被市委、市政府誉为“遂平速度”，在遂平县及驻马店市树立了良好的企业形象。

遂平益康面粉有限公司占地97亩，总投资超过1亿元。一期工程投资3500万元，于2003年8月投产，日处理小麦400吨。二期工程总投资6200万元，于2005年10月投产，日处理小麦600吨。两条面粉生产线日耗原粮1000吨，年耗原粮34万吨；年产24万吨，年产值4.8亿元，利税1500万元。三期工程“精品挂面生产线”投资1500万元，于2006年9月投产，年产挂面7200吨，产值2800万元。2004年8月获得ISO9001：2000国际质量认证管理体系认证；2007年11月“面条专用粉”等产品获得国家“绿色食品认证”。

武汉益康面粉有限公司是由蔡甸区政府招商引资的一家民营企业，成立于1999年5月，注册资本1000万元，现有总资产3000多万元，是专业生产专用面粉的大型民营企业。现已形成日处理小麦200吨,年产3.5万吨专用面粉的生产能力。产品主要供应“统一”和“康师傅”两大方便面生产厂家。近几年，每年产销专用面粉3万多吨，完成销售收入7000多万元，连续每年完成税收100多万元。
