白熊咖哩诞生于日本北海道的拉面店「むつみ屋(MUTSUMIYA)」。当时喜爱制作咖哩的拉面店店主,以营养丰富、味道浓郁的拉面汤熬制咖哩汁,再配以取自北海道农场的新鲜材料,制作出一道别出心裁的咖哩饭,作为员工每天的膳食。这一道原来只是员工膳食的咖哩饭,正是白熊咖哩的前身。

某天,一位拉面店的熟客对员工吃得津津有味的咖哩饭感到好奇,于是忍不住说出一句「请让我也尝尝那道咖哩」。自那天以后,美味的咖哩饭便从客人的口中传扬开去。起初咖哩饭只为熟客提供,但不知不觉之间,咖哩饭就正式加进菜单。后来,店主精益求精,继续改良咖哩饭的味道,并萌生开设咖哩专门店的念头。

随着12年时间过去,在2010年店主正式着手打造自己的咖哩专门店。店主活用多年来制作拉面的丰富经验,反复研制自家独有的咖哩配方。经过多番尝试,终于让他成功创出味道芳香、略带辛辣,但又如「传统日本咖哩饭」般适合男女老少品尝的美味咖哩。出生于北海道的店主,以象征大自然的北极熊「シロクマ(白熊)」为这道咖哩命名。他期望这道咖哩饭能有如北极熊一样得到大众的喜爱。

在2011年1月,多年来的梦想终于实现,「白熊咖哩」首间店铺正式在日本诞生。更在2012年正式登陆香港,更陆续在中国大陆开设分店!




Bear curry was born in mutsumiya, a ramen shop in Hokkaido, Japan. At that time, the ramen shop owner, who loved to make curry, brewed the curry juice with the nutritious and strong taste Ramen soup, and then made a unique curry rice with the fresh materials from Hokkaido farm as the daily meal of the staff. This curry meal, which used to be only for employees, is the predecessor of white bear curry. One day, a familiar customer in a noodle shop was curious about the curry rice enjoyed by the staff, so he couldn't help saying, "please let me try that curry, too.". Since that day, delicious curry rice has spread from the guests' mouths. At first, curry rice was only provided for the acquaintances, but unconsciously, it was officially added to the menu. Later, the shopkeeper kept improving the taste of curry rice, and the idea of opening a special curry shop came into being. Over the past 12 years, in 2010, the owner officially started to build his own Curry Shop. The shopkeeper used his rich experience in making Ramen for many years to repeatedly develop his own unique curry formula. After many attempts, he finally succeeded in creating a delicious curry with fragrant taste and spicy taste, which is just like "traditional Japanese curry rice" suitable for men, women, old and young. The owner, who was born in Hokkaido, named the curry after the polar bear, a symbol of nature. He hoped the curry rice would be as popular as the polar bear. In January 2011, the dream of many years was finally realized. The first store of "white bear curry" was officially born in Japan. In 2012, it officially landed in Hong Kong and opened branches in mainland China!
