北京师范大学占地面积1031亩（海淀校区、西城校区），是学校教育教学活动的主要集中地。全日制在校生约26400人，其中：本科生10197人、研究生14572人、长期留学生约1700人。现设1个学部、26个学院、2个系、40个研究院。馆藏文献454余万册，其中电子图书约765万册。
