西安鑫丰农业科技有限公司主要以农作物玉米、小麦种子的选育、生产、加工、推广、销售为主，兼营肥料的现代农业科技企业。公司成立于2003年，现有员工30余人，其中技术研发人员10人。

公司“以品种为主导、以服务为宗旨”，加强营销团队的建设，加大品种的优胜劣汰机制，加大营销服务内容，在陕西省内设立县级代理商300多家。现主要经营玉米品种有：秦鑫366、秦鑫2238、秦鑫630、秦奥23、奥利10号、改良商玉2号、滑玉11、豫玉22（豫冠）等；小麦品种有：西农1018、周麦23、周麦26、商麦5226、商麦1619、小偃22、西农979等。

公司注重科企合作，买断由西北农林大学谢惠民教授选育的高产、抗病、适应性强的小麦新品种西农1018（审定编号：陕审麦2013007），并已在关中灌区推广销售。同时与商洛学院建立校企合作关系，与商洛学院合作建立“商洛学院洛南、周至、汉中农作物试验示范推广站”，商洛学院选育的所有小麦新品种由我公司推广销售，目前选育的小麦品种商麦5226、商麦1619已在各区县大量推广销售。
