刨花板生产线是1990年从瑞典SUNDS公司（现METSO公司）引进的全套设备和工艺技术。热压机为导热油加热式单层大幅面压机，幅面为2.5×10m。设计产能4.5万m3，实际可生产5.3万m3，可生产E2、E1、E0级环保型高品质刨花板。刨花板生产线为公司培养了优秀的生产、技术、管理人才；使公司积累了丰富的人造板生产经验；为公司跨越式发展奠定了基础。
