公司人造板生产线:1条中密度纤维板连续平压生产线、1条高密度纤维板连续平压生产线和1条“一拖二”多层压机纤维板生产线以及1条单层宽幅面平压刨花板生产线。
刨花板生产线是1990年从瑞典SUNDS公司(现METSO公司)引进的全套设备和工艺技术。热压机为导热油加热式单层大幅面压机,幅面为2.5×10m。设计产能4.5万m3,实际可生产5.3万m3,可生产E2、E1、E0级环保型高品质刨花板。刨花板生产线为公司培养了优秀的生产、技术、管理人才;使公司积累了丰富的人造板生产经验;为公司跨越式发展奠定了基础。
中纤板生产线是1997年从瑞典SUNDS公司(现METSO公司)引进的,年产5万m3。配备了瑞典SUNDS公司M48热磨机、德国KUSTER公司8英尺宽连续平压热压机,以薄板生产为主。随着生产线技术的消化以及产品市场需求的扩大,于1999年进行了热压机加长的技术改造,生产能力达到10万m3/年。生产线可以生产厚度为2.5mm—25mm的E2、E1、E0级环保型高品质中纤板,还可生产防潮型、防水型中纤板。
位于塘源生产区的年产30万m3地板基材用高密度纤维板生产线是2003年从芬兰美卓纸业公司引进的,集中了德国、瑞典、芬兰、瑞士最先进的全套进口设备,是亚洲最大的生产线。配备有世界最先进的瑞典MESTO公司M66高精度热磨机。瑞典MESTO公司是世界顶尖级造纸设备制造商,以纸浆质量优异著称。配备瑞典METSO公司M66高精度热磨机可以磨出高质量的纤维,为生产优质纤维板打下了坚实的基础。纤维干燥采用的是二级干燥设备。在正常生产时其第一级干燥采用入口温度按比例系数跟随第二级干燥入口温度进行控制;第二级干燥采用出口温度控制。另外在第二级干燥出口下料处安装有一台微波含水率测定仪,用于检测纤维含水率。因此,纤维含水率不易受外界环境(温度、空气含水率)的变化影响;同时纤维含水率控制可以更平稳,纤维含水率偏差可以控制在±0.5%以内(采用一级干燥其纤维含水率偏差只可能控制在±1%以内)。施胶施蜡采用流量计精确计量系统,胶粘剂、石蜡、固化剂、缓冲剂、捕捉剂单独计量,独立添加,为生产优质的E2、E1、E0级环保型功能产品提供了技术保障。无扫平辊机械式铺装系统可以铺装9英尺宽的板坯,配合在线的板坯断面密度分析仪,可以精确控制板坯的重量偏差在±1.5%之内。热压机采用了德国迪芬巴赫公司的模块化、宽幅面重型连续平压机。压机宽度3m,长度42.88m,生产速度可以达到1200mm/s,产品宽度可达2815mm,厚度范围2—40mm。自动中间贮存系统采用的是芬兰LUKKY系统,灵便高效地管理在产品,可以实施“点菜式”裁切各种尺寸规格的产品。砂光机配置了瑞士STEINEMANN公司的8头SATO宽带砂光机,铸矿基座有效吸收了机械振动,可以满足客户对产品表面质量的严格要求。纤维板坯含水率测定仪、板坯断面密度分析仪、毛板密度测控系统等在线自动检测设备,全部采用电脑控制,代表了当前纤维板生产设备的先进水平。可生产厚度2.5-25mm、幅面300×300mm到2760×5000mm的中/高密度纤维板。产品具有强度高、甲醛释放量低、吸胀小、断面密度分布合理、表面平整细腻等优良品质。优质环保的产品和多品种、多型号、多规格的产品结构以及机动灵活的排产方式,可最大程度地满足顾客的个性化需求,为顾客提供最佳的一揽子产品解决方案。
