河南帅洁面粉有限责任公司，位于全国较大的商品粮优质绿色小麦生产基地、花都之乡，鄢陵县城南关；毗邻311国道，距京深高速30公里，距新郑国际机场80公里，交通十分便利。鄢陵县地处中原，土地肥沃，气候适宜。全县拥有小麦种植面积60万亩、产量为6亿多斤，丰富的小麦资源优势为农副产品加工提供了充裕的原料来源。
