公司地处重庆市九龙坡区九龙工业园C区聚业路111号，占地面积435亩。公司下设4个分厂，13个职能部门。现有员工1420人，有中高级职称的262人，资产总额7亿元。

公司传承了原重庆电机厂电机制造技术和管理经验，建立了按现代企业制度管理方式的法人治理机制，是企业及研发、生产和销售各型交流异步电动机、交流同步电动机、直流电动机、汽车电机、轨道牵引电机、水轮发电机及发电机组和其它特殊电机的专业制造厂家。公司年生产电机能力600万KW，产品有70多个系列，4600多个规格，广泛用于建材、钢铁、电力、有色金属、石化、水利、轻工、节能环保、船舶、核电、军工等领域。为磨机、风机、水泵、压缩机等设备提供驱动力。
