河北将军岭酒业，土生土长于革命老区河北涉县，文化底蕴深厚，被誉为太行深处的生态佳酿。

将军岭酒酿制历史源远流长。据清嘉庆四年（1799）年《涉县志》载：“邑人以此（柿子）为粮，以造酒”。
