天津光荣特库摩软件有限公司(原名天津光荣软件有限公司)，成立于1989年8月，是光荣特库摩集团在中国天津的重要的游戏软件加工生产基地。

1989年8月，当时的日本株式会社光荣与南光企业株式会社共同投资，成立了天津光荣软件有限公司，后经股权变更，南光企业株式会社退出经营，天津光荣软件有限公司成为日本株式会社光荣的全资子公司。

2009年，日本株式会社光荣与特库摩株式会社合并经营，新生了光荣特库摩持股公司，并经过组织调整，天津光荣特库摩成为光荣特库摩持股公司所属子公司，即株式会社光荣特库摩游戏公司的子公司。

公司成立二十多年来，使用前沿的计算机软、硬件工具，开发适用于PC、电视游戏机、携带式游戏机及移动电话等终端设备和互联网网络的娱乐内容的软件程序和计算机图形产品。
