公司通过购置3台汽车惯性台架试验机及各种材料试验机，组建成集团中国摩擦材料研发中心，着手研发符合中国道路安全的制动产品。与日本福岛制动器生产基地的8台1:1的制动性能台架试验机，及北海道实车试验场，构成国际性协约化的研发网络，共享研发成果。现在取得了良好效果，分别通过：三一重工、华菱汽车、汉德车桥、重庆庆铃、无锡久保田等厂家的认可。
