启东尤希路化学工业有限公司是1994年8月由启东市油剂厂有限公司与日本尤希路（ユシロ）化学工业株式会社在中国江苏省启东市成立的合资公司。下设沈阳办事处、天津办事处。
上海尤希路化学工业有限公司是继启东尤希路之后，于2000年12月由中日双方共同投资在上海成立的第二家合资公司。上海尤希路下设上海宝钢办事处、广州办事处和重庆办事处。
