江阴市无缝钢管总厂，创建于1984年，占地面积18万平方米，建筑面积5.5万平方米，固定资产1.8亿元。现有职工1250余人，其中管理人员和技术人员330余人，中级职称以上人员150余人。冷拔管生产线拥有Φ76穿孔轧管机组1套，Φ50穿孔机组4套，2-120吨冷拔机20台，辊底式热处理炉3座；热轧管生产线在原有Φ140阿赛尔自动轧管机组和Φ110自动轧管机组俩条线的基础上，又新增具有国内水平的Φ273新型机密轧管机组一整套。

工厂同时配备了多台钢管涡流探伤和超声波探伤设备、漏磁探伤设备、水压试验机等、还有只读光谱仪、金相检验设备、冲击试验机、高温拉伸试验机、硬度计、粗糙度测试仪、超声波测厚仪等，辅助设施有检测中心，中央变电所，锅炉房，金工车间，机电车间等，完备的生产检测设备已形成了完整的无缝钢管生产流水线。
