杭州天荷食品有限公司，位于美丽的西子湖畔，是专业生产杭州传统名产“天荷藕莼”的厂家。我公司前身杭州华夏藕制品厂成立于上个世纪九十年代初，采用沸腾（流化床）干燥的配套机械化生产线，是我国较早机械化生产含糖颗粒型速溶藕莼系列产品的企业。

天荷藕莼克服了传统藕粉用冷水冲调不便之处，用开水即冲即食，品质优良、口味清雅、使用方便，博得广大消费者的青睐，产销居全国同类产品前列，在杭州更是家喻户晓。
