云南玉溪中汇电力设备有限责任公司始建于1986年9月，位于素有花灯之乡、云烟之乡、聂耳的故乡之称的玉溪市，现迁入玉溪高新技术产业开发区九龙工业园区，占地面积34000平方米，注册资金2005万元，年产值9800万余元。公司员工210多人，工程技术人员65人。下设办公室、生产技术部、财务部、市场部、采购供应部、检验试验部、安装工程部、安全监察部、冷作车间、装配车间。

公司是集产品生产与安装施工为一体的综合性企业。

主要产品为10kV、35kV电压等级的KYN、KGN、XGN、HXGN型高压成套开关设备,0.4kV电压等级的MNS、GCS、GGD、PGL 、JK型低压成套开关柜，0.4kV电压等级的PXY、XRCI、XRC1-212L型电表箱、配电箱、JP柜、综合配电柜（计量箱），10kV线路Y90-10m、Y90-13m加强型铁塔、铁附件等。2007年8月与北京ABB公司合作，引进生产Safering及SafePlus系列SF6充气环网柜及配网自动化产品，2013年借鉴国内技术开发生产固体全绝缘环网柜并送样品至上海输配电进行型式试验合格，产品已经挂网运行。
