百事吉(Bisquit),始创于1819年,经过一百八十余年的发展,现已成为欧洲较大的蒸馏酒酿造厂。在1963年,雷诺(Renault)和卡斯蒂永(Castillon)合并,然后在1965年加入了柏诺·里卡尔(PernodRicard)集团。比士奇在1965年合并到保罗·黎卡里中,1974年改名为柏诺·黎卡里,集团的干邑业务在1991年便称为雷诺·比士奇(百事吉)。2009年,保乐利加集团与南非Distell集团鉴定协议,以3100万欧元的价格出售其Bisquit干邑品牌。
