朝阳浪马轮胎有限责任公司，成立于2003年1月。公司购买了原辽宁轮胎集团公司（1966年建厂）全钢丝载重汽车子午线轮胎生产线，年产能由35万套发展到现在的280万套。公司现有员工1600多人。
