朝阳浪马轮胎有限责任公司，成立于2003年1月。公司购买了原辽宁轮胎集团公司（1966年建厂）全钢丝载重汽车子午线轮胎生产线，年产能由35万套发展到现在的280万套。公司现有员工1600多人。

公司秉承做专、做精、做强、做大全钢胎的发展战略，专业生产全钢丝载重汽车子午线轮胎。通过消化吸收引进的生产技术并不断创新，形成了有内胎和无内胎两大系列产品；产品由2003年共11个规格8种花纹22个品种发展到今天共51个规格60种花纹225个品种。公司系列开发的轻型、中型、重型卡车轮胎、客车轮胎，可满足全球不同地区、不同客户的个性化需求，产品在国内外市场有良好的信誉。
