宝鸡石油钢管有限责任公司简称宝鸡钢管或BSG，前身是宝鸡石油钢管厂，始建于1958年，是我国“一五”期间156个大型建设项目之一，也是我国大口径螺旋缝埋弧焊管生产厂家。建厂60年来，已发展成为我国规模大、品种全、市场占有率高的专业化焊管企业。

公司主要为国内外油气长输管道建设和油气勘探开发提供钢管装备的研发、制造、服务与保障，产品覆盖油气输送管、油套管、连续管、管材防腐、焊接材料和钢管辅料等多个领域，形成输送管、油套管、连续管和技术服务“四大业务”，是中国石油天然气集团有限公司建设世界综合性国际能源公司的必要组成部分。

公司拥有宝鸡输送管公司、辽阳钢管公司、资阳钢管公司、克拉玛依公司、西安专用管公司、宝鸡专用管公司、连续油管公司等七家全资直属企业，秦皇岛宝世顺公司、上海宝世威公司等二家控股企业，分布在我国东北、华北、华东、西北、西南和新疆等“六大发展区域”，形成了“九个生产基地、四个出海通道”，产业布局合理，区域优势明显。
