浙江有氟密阀门有限公司创建于1989年，初期，是一家在温州永中创办氟塑料产品加工的小型工厂，公司在起步阶段制造氟塑制品。后来转向衬氟阀门的生产，并以这两大类产品的研制和销售为主，奠定了今天有氟密公司的历史渊源。公司成立8周年华诞之际，“浙江有氟密阀门有限公司”企业名称与品牌实现了统一。

怀着对行业发展的强烈使命感，在2004年有氟密公司组建起“福建有氟密泵阀有限公司”。在技术领域不断创新并取得突破，公司迅速发展成为防腐蚀阀门、补偿器、管件、工业容器专业制造商，掌握衬氟控制阀制造优良核心技术。
