宁波双源纺织发展有限公司，系原国家大二型企业——国有慈溪纺织集团公司、慈溪第二棉纺织厂于2005年2月改制更名企业，始建于1980年6月，2007年8月整体搬迁至慈溪杭州湾经济开发区。新厂区占地面积300亩，毗邻跨海大桥——宁波杭州湾跨海大桥和国务院新近批准的20平方公里浙江慈溪出口加工区，地理位置优良，气候、环境宜人，交通、生活便捷。

公司现有员工一千余人，其中各类科技人员190人（中、高级职称20余人），下设有三个分厂和二个经营公司。目前，企业已拥有国内外精良设备6.6万环锭纺组成的多条生产流水线，生产工艺达到国内前沿水平，二期工程完成后，总生产规模将达到11万纱锭。公司注重规范化、科学化的现代企业管理，年产“秋水”牌全棉、混纺麻灰、彩色纱（线）万吨以上，是全国较大和较早的色纺纱生产基地之一。

Ningbo Shuangyuan Textile Development Co., Ltd., a former state-owned Cixi Textile Group Company and Cixi No.2 cotton textile factory, was restructured and renamed in February 2005. It was founded in June 1980 and moved to Hangzhou Bay Economic Development Zone in August 2007. The new plant covers an area of 300 mu, adjacent to Ningbo Hangzhou Bay sea crossing bridge and the 20 square kilometers Zhejiang Cixi export processing zone newly approved by the State Council. It has good geographical location, pleasant climate, environment, convenient transportation and life. The company has more than 1000 employees, including 190 scientific and technological personnel of all kinds (more than 20 with medium and senior professional titles), with three branches and two operating companies. At present, the company has a number of production lines composed of 66000 ring spindles with excellent equipment at home and abroad. The production process has reached the domestic leading level. After the completion of the second phase project, the total production scale will reach 110000 spindles. The company pays attention to standardized and scientific modern enterprise management, with an annual output of more than 10000 tons of "Qiushui" brand cotton, blended linen grey and colored yarn (thread), and is one of the larger and earlier colored spinning production bases in China. In many years of production and operation, with excellent production technology, flexible marketing strategy and quality assurance, our products are exported to more than ten countries and regions, such as the United States, Japan, South Korea, the Philippines and Hong Kong, as well as domestic markets, such as Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai and Guangdong, establishing a good market reputation.
