2016年2月25日晚间，德尔未来（002631）发布公告，德尔与汝继勇2016年2月24日在苏州签署《股权转让协议》，拟以现金受让汝继勇持有的苏州百得胜智能家居有限公司48%股权。本次股权收购意味着百得胜将正式成为德尔控股子公司。
