醪糟酿造技艺被列为四川省非物质文化遗产,单瓶发酵原窝原汁醪糟新产品通过省科技成果鉴定,其工艺属国内首创,综合生产技术居国内领先水平。公司与四川省食品发酵工业研究设计院、华南理工大学、广东南联公司、广东南海潜达公司共同设计、研制开发的全国首条醪糟自动化生产线于2011年3月21日在公司竣工投产,该生产线具有国内领先水平,填补了国内无醪糟自动化生产线的空白,达到了安全卫生、节能降耗、提速增效的目标。
