浙江增洲造船有限公司创建于2007年8月20日，是舟山市引进的大型船舶修造业的工程项目之一，是按照现代企业制度要求组建，现代造船模式运作的船舶修造企业。公司地处中国沿海南北国际深水航线与长江沿线出海口的交汇处舟山本岛北部定海工业园区（大沙紫窟涂）（E121°59′51″ N30°9′18″），距舟山三江码头和跨海大桥15分钟车程，距定海城区30分种车程，距舟山机场50分钟车程。厂区占地面积50万平方米，深水海岸线800米，海域辽阔，具有船舶修造得自然的区位优势。
