浙江长龙航空有限公司（ZHEJIANG LOONG AIRLINES CO., LTD.），成立于2011年4月19日，是经中国民用航空局批准的浙江省较早的本土客、货运航空公司，公司总部设在杭州。
2011年4月19日，长龙国际货运航空有限公司成立，2012年8月9日，成功首航。为贯彻落实民航局和浙江省《关于加快推进浙江民航发展的会议纪要》精神，浙江省政府积极推动浙江民航发展，通过长龙国际货运航空有限公司增加客运项目的方式组建浙江长龙航空公司。2013年2月16日，“长龙国际货运航空有限公司”更名为“浙江长龙航空有限公司”，同年7月26日获得中国民用航空局正式颁发的客运经营许可证。2013年12月29日，长龙航空顺利完成客运首航，正式投入客运航班运营，实现了从纯货运到“客货并举”的华丽转身，掀开了浙江民航发展崭新的一页。
长龙航空自成立以来，发展迅速。截止2017年12月，机队规模达到30架（其中A320客机27架，B737货机3架），员工人数4000余人，累计运输旅客1070万人次，运输货邮15.7万吨，安全飞行20.4万小时，开通了杭州至北京、广州、深圳、成都、西安、昆明、岘港、芽庄等139条国内外客运航线，以及北京、长春、深圳、昆明、济南、长沙、达卡等19条国内外货运航线，为地方经济社会发展作出了积极贡献。
在航线布局上，长龙航空将紧紧围绕浙江民航强省建设和杭州市打造国际化大都市的需要，通过构建、完善以杭州、温州等省内机场为中心的国内外航线网络，积极打造华东、华南、西南、华北四大市场片区，构建以杭州为中心的“全国4小时交通圈、全球12小时交通圈”航线网络。
