淮南市八公山豆制品厂坐落于风景秀丽的中国豆腐发源地，“风声鹤唳，草木皆兵”的古战场八公山下，成立于二十世纪六十年代初期，是国内同行业影响较大的豆制品加工企业，为安徽农业产业化龙头企业，安徽省民营科技企业。注册使用的“八公山牌”商标连续十多年被确认为安徽省著名商标。

八公山豆制品厂以“传承豆腐文化，图治求实创新，振兴豆腐产业，光大美食豆腐”为企业宗旨，生产经营的产品包括腐皮、风味豆腐干、鲜品、腐乳、酱以及由以上产品组合而成的精品礼盒、礼包等五大系列上百个品种。我厂拳头产品腐皮在1998年获安徽省特色农产品称号；2001年、2004年被评为安徽省名牌农产品，2005年获安徽省名牌产品称号；风味豆腐干2006年获安徽省名牌农产品称号；2006年获豆腐传统制作技艺省级非物质文化遗产称号，2014年入选国家级非物质文化遗产代表性名录。

四十多年来，本厂依托淮南基地，产品远销到到上海、北京、浙江、江苏、山东、河南等地，与苏果、大润发、家乐福、乐购、安徽驿达高速等多家国内外大型商超建立了长期合作关系，成为安徽省最具代表性的地方名特产之一。近年来，企业产值翻番，利税大幅增长，保持着强劲的发展势头。为满足市场需求，2009年我厂在八公山豆腐文化产业园征地60亩，投资1.1亿元新建现代化豆制品加工基地。 

2011年3月投资近3000万元的一期工程主体车间已经竣工投产，二期工程15000平米集教学、科研为一体的综合楼工程和一座8000平米的厂房正在建设施工之中，八公山豆制品厂正以全新的形象展现给客户。八公山豆制品厂，继续以豆腐为核心，不断做专、做精、做强、做大豆腐产业，为传承中华美食谱写出更新的篇章。

Huainan Bagongshan bean products factory is located in the beautiful birthplace of Chinese bean curd, under the ancient battlefield Bagongshan, which was founded in the early 1960s. It is a bean product processing enterprise with great influence in the same industry in China, a leading enterprise in agricultural industrialization in Anhui Province, and a private technology enterprise in Anhui Province. The trademark "Bagongshan" registered and used has been recognized as a famous trademark in Anhui Province for more than ten years. Bagongshan bean products factory takes "inheriting the bean curd culture, seeking truth and innovation, revitalizing the bean curd industry, and making great food bean curd" as the enterprise tenet. The 15000 square meter comprehensive building project integrating teaching and scientific research and an 8000 square meter factory building are under construction.
