亚新科噪声与振动技术(安徽)有限公司，是由郑州煤矿机械集团股份有限公司在安徽全资投资的独资企业。公司成立于1994年8月，目前拥有一个研发中心和中溪工厂、五金制品、宁国密封件三个生产制造基地。公司经营理念是向客户提供全套技术解决方案，并为客户提供合格满意的产品。主要成品领域为汽车零部件和工程机械配件。产品类别为：减振类、制动类、家电类和特品类。目前年橡胶密封件生产能力达8亿件以上，千斤顶产品达300万台。
