公司现有齿轮加工、变速器装配生产线，各类数控机床、加工中心、实验设备、检测设备共400余台套，65%是从德国、意大利、英国、日本、韩国等国家进口的设备，形成了技术水平高、应变能力强的柔性制造系统。推行精益制造、目视化管理、项目管理等管理模式和质量管理方法与理念，通过了IATF16949体系认证，产品质量得到客户普遍认可和赞誉。
