集团水泥年总产能已由1992年的8万吨，增长到目前的600万吨，均为国内精良的新型干法水泥工艺。集团生产能力迅速增长，核心竞争能力明显增强。当前，集团正着力打造永宁瀛海建材工业园。该园区位于银川市永宁县闽宁镇，规划建设面积近3000亩，大力发展水泥、商品混泥土、塑编袋、水泥预制输（排）水管等关联度高、节能的建材项目。规划的重点项目为：4条日产5000吨孰料新型干法水泥生产线、年产200万方商品混凝土、年产1亿塑编袋、年产50公里建材管道制品等。园区规划总投资30亿元，预期实现工业年产值近50亿元，该园区可安置直接就业岗位4000余个，可间接带动上万人从事相关产业，将有效推动当地经济社会发展。瀛海集团将努力把园区建设成为西北地区规模集中、工艺精良的1000万吨级建材工业园。
