甘肃祁连葡萄酒业有限责任公司,注册成立于2002年2月,是甘肃省白龙江林管局根据国家产业发展政策,按照国家林业局实施“天然林资源保护工程”的规划和部署,分流部分林区职工,转产发起组建的集酿酒葡萄种植、葡萄酒酿造及销售为一体的国有控股有限责任公司。公司注册资金8823.5万元。2013年6月,公司获甘肃省公路航空旅游投资集团参股投资。

甘肃祁连葡萄酒业事业大致分为三个版块:

酿酒葡萄种植:

甘肃祁连葡萄酒业采用的酿酒葡萄原料,均来自甘肃省白龙江林管局河西综合开发局的祁连庄园。祁连庄园位于河西走廊中部张掖市高台县南华镇,占地1.2万亩,北邻巴丹吉林沙漠,南依祁连山脉。祁连庄园正处北纬39°26′至39°47′,与法国波尔多、美国加州纳帕谷处同一纬度带。当地属北温带干旱气候:空气干燥,病虫害难易滋生;大气透明度高,光合作用强,昼夜温差大,使酿酒葡萄成熟充分,糖酸适中;沙质土壤,热交换快,有利于葡萄树扎根生长。因此成为业内公认的酿酒葡萄“黄金种植区”。祁连庄园依靠祁连山北坡,局部的小气候环境恰巧成为冰葡萄酒原料的理想种植区域,国内罕有。

祁连庄园全程由林业工人统一种植、管理,而非农户散收,从源头上保障了葡萄酒产品真材实料;祁连庄园使用富含矿物质,又经深层土壤自然过滤的祁连山雪水灌溉,令葡萄的生长过程更加纯净;祁连庄园坚持采购周边农牧区的有机肥料,发酵处理后施加,整个过程严格监控......。

葡萄酒酿造:

甘肃祁连酒业成立之初,便与中国农业大学葡萄酒研究中心合作,在该中心段长青教授为核心的专家团队指导下,结合产地小气候特点,研究成功冰葡萄酒生产技术。

公司成立后,逐步引进国际的酿酒技术与设备。经2012年二期扩建,公司酒厂现已拥有专业灌装线2条,近6000㎡地下酒窖一座,可酿造生产冰白、冰红、干红、干白、白兰地、利口酒6个系列的葡萄酒产品。公司现年生产能力1万吨,储酒能力2万吨。

葡萄酒销售:
