重庆有线电视网络股份有限公司(简称“重庆有线”,英文简写“CCN”),前身是成立于2001年4月的重庆广播电视网络传输有限责任公司,于2006年起变更为现名。公司由重庆广播电视传媒集团股份有限公司、中信网络有限公司以及29个区县广播电视局(或区县广播电视台)共同出资组建。公司实行董事会领导下的总经理负责制,有17个职能部门、5个直属 分公司、1个控股子公司和1个全资子公司,以及受重庆广播电视信息网络有限公司全权委托经营管理的31个区县分公司。

公司经过十年发展,公司建设、运营的重庆有线广播电视宽带信息网络已成为重庆市重要的信息基础设施,已由过去单纯的视音频节目传送者转变为能提供有线数字电视及相关增值服务的多媒体信息服务运营商。

公司现已建成了连接全重庆的密集波分骨干网、IP城域网、MSTP城域网以及覆盖全市41个区县(自治县、市)的百万户级特大型HFC有线电视城域网,目前服务的有线电视客户约500多万户,其中数字电视用户约260多万户,其规模在重庆市文化类企业中名列前茅,资产总额与用户数量在西部地区也位居前列。
