新密市马永信清真肉业有限公司，位于新密市大隗镇五里堡村，法人代表：马建伟，（系马永信长子）注册资金188万元，总资产1900万元。

道光年间马家牛肉的创始人马玉顺一家因逃荒从荥阳晏曲村迁至界河村（新密市平陌镇界河村），后又随几户人家迁到大隗镇北沟村，距今已有100多年。

1983年，马永信在新密市北沟村东方红新农村建起了规模较大的正规的五香牛肉加工作坊。占地3.5亩，建筑面积1200平方米，规模和产量比以前增加了几十倍。周围的郑州市、洛阳市、焦作市、许昌市，相邻的新郑、登封、荥阳等许多单位、个体工商户都前来购买。
