河北争荣生物科技股份有限公司是一家大型传统民营调味品生产企业，主营调味品、白酒的研发和酿造。公司前身是清光绪8年(1882年)的 “德泉永”作坊，“德泉永”以甘者为酒、酸者为醋的工艺，采用先阶段产酒，后阶段产醋的酒醋共酿方式，规模虽小，味道独特，深受十里八乡的喜爱。1949年公私合营为霸县供销合作社灰煤醋酱厂，1982年变更为霸县供销社食品加工厂，2006年更名为河北霸州争荣食品有限公司，2014年整体改制为河北争荣生物科技股份有限公司。2014年4月公司在石家庄股权交易所挂牌上市，简称争荣股份，代码660042。
