公司创建人之一戴晓敏先生从1995年开始从事金银加工以质量上乘赢得了顾客朋友大力支持。于1997年在龙湾区投资了一家金银珠宝零售专卖店，经过五年珠宝行业经验积累,奠定了公司雄厚的实力和发展规模。于2002年正式挂牌成立了温州龙凤呈祥金银珠宝有限公司。2007年8月份又成功注册了以“龙凤佳人”“五福呈祥”两大品牌商标，奠定了公司雄厚的品牌实力和发展潜力。

公司成立以来，以平均每年发展5家门店的速度来扩大实力，至2009年4月份,成功打造了以“龙凤佳人”“五福呈祥”为品牌的30家连锁门店,销售队伍也发展到150多人。特别是近几年根据市场需求,公司科学合理的拓展连锁门店。2007年发展了仰义沿江店、丽水青田店、乐清北白象店、瑞安塘下店、瓯北龙桥店5家门店；2008年发展了瓯北张堡店、浦西店、龙湾滨海店、文成店、市区划龙桥店、新桥一百店、五福人本店、平阳水头店、鳌江店9家门店;2009年1～4月又发展了温州大厦店、乐清乐成店、柳市店和青田二店4家门店。
