北京时间10月6日晚间,惠普宣布,公司将分拆为两家独立的“财富50强”(Fortune50)上市公司,其中一家名为“惠普企业”(Hewlett-PackardEnterprise),由惠普领先的企业技术基础架构业务、软件业务和服务业务组成。另一家被称为“惠普公司”(HPInc),由惠普领先的个人系统业务和打印业务组成。分拆后的新“惠普公司”仍采用当前Logo。
