泉州南洋艺品有限公司是由港商投资的外商独资企业，创办于1997年6月份。公司座落于历史文化名城泉州市区东侧洛江区中心、位于中国古代名桥之一洛阳桥畔，紧临福厦高速公路及福、泉、漳324线国道距福州、厦门各100余公里，泉州后渚港数公里，水陆交通便利；金融、政府机构近在，晋江机场、火车客运站短时间可达；公交车路绕厂区，是洛江万安开发区的标志性厂区之一。
