“弗克科技（苏州）有限公司”是加拿大投资的外商独资企业，2000年注册于中国苏州。2003年弗克科技投资注册成立“苏州弗克新型建材有限公司”，2014年新三板上市转制变更为“苏州弗克技术股份有限公司”（下称“弗克股份”），并于2015年6月正式在新三板挂牌成为公众公司。

弗克股份主要从事建材化学添加剂的研发、生产、销售、应用和技术服务。2005年弗克股份成功研发出脂类聚羧酸减水剂，并在中国多个建设工程成功应用。

弗克股份研发中心聚羧酸及其添加剂技术研究室已经研发出十多种聚羧酸产品，包括脂类聚羧酸8H、Niyon 700h和Simon 600，醚类聚羧酸5H、Yaly 104、Yaly 106和Yaly 108；粉剂聚羧酸Talon101和Cerago 900。

2016年春节以后，弗克股份正式推出新技术产品“聚醚伴侣 FK16”，作为醚类聚羧酸减水剂的添加剂，专门为聚醚类减水剂改善性能和扩展适应性。

弗克股份自2006年建研发中心开始，就启动了干粉砂浆类产品的研发，并且把研发重心放在了干粉砂浆核心添加剂上，对干粉砂浆的核心技术进行深入研究。倡导了干粉砂浆核心添加剂的交钥匙工程，为干粉砂浆生产企业提供技术支持和应用服务。目前已经成功上市的产品包括：瓷砖粘结剂、填缝剂、界面剂、防水涂层、自流平砂浆、灌浆料、内外墙腻子、修补砂浆等。

2013年起，干粉砂浆研究室的研发人员开始研究湿拌砂浆，并研发成功专门用于商混湿拌砂浆的专利产品“穏塑剂”，使中国的混凝土搅拌站可生产湿拌预拌砂浆，该技术开发和应用得到商务部、住建部和建筑行业的充分肯定。穏塑剂的问世，使得预拌砂浆的产能和供应量突然间得到满足，全国各地的混凝土搅拌站就此在投入极少资金、设备的前提下可以成为预拌砂浆的生产商。

2012年起，弗克股份研发中心成立无机硅酸盐涂料技术研究室，开始了无机硅酸盐的研发课题，用单组份无机硅酸盐涂料来实现涂料工业成为真正意义上的环保行业。目前在涂料市场占主流地位的乳胶漆，属于石油化工的衍生产品。无论从其原料来源，还是石化产品生产链过程，都会产生VOC并对环境有负面影响。弗克研发无机硅酸盐涂料的目的就是从根本上改变建筑涂料的本性，真正实现VOC的零释放。

2015年弗克股份通过了全国中小企业股转中心审核，成为新三板的挂牌企业，开始进入社会融资渠道。企业愿将其特有的创新科技成果通过股权交易与公众共享，并接受全社会监督。

"Fuke Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd." is a wholly foreign-owned enterprise invested by Canada. It was registered in Suzhou, China in 2000. In 2003, Fuke technology investment registered and established "Suzhou Fuke new building materials Co., Ltd." in 2014, the new third board was listed and transformed into "Suzhou Fuke Technology Co., Ltd." After the Spring Festival of 2016, FK officially launched the new technology product "polyether partner fk16", as an additive of ether polycarboxylic acid water reducer, which is specially used to improve the performance and expand the adaptability of polyether water reducer. Since the establishment of R & D center in 2006, FK has started the research and development of dry mortar products, and focused on the core additives of dry mortar, in-depth research on the core technology of dry mortar. The key project of core additives of dry mortar is advocated, which provides technical support and application services for dry mortar manufacturers. At present, the products that have been successfully listed include: tile binder, joint filler, interface agent, waterproof coating, self leveling mortar, grouting material, internal and external wall putty, repair mortar, etc. Since 2013, the R & D personnel of dry mortar research office began to study wet mixed mortar, and successfully developed the patented product "stable plastic agent" specially used for commercial wet mixed mortar, which enables the concrete mixing plant in China to produce wet mixed ready mixed mortar. This technology development and application has been fully affirmed by the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of housing and construction and the construction industry. With the advent of stable plastic agent, the capacity and supply of ready mixed mortar are suddenly met. The concrete mixing plants all over the country can become the manufacturers of ready mixed mortar on the premise of little investment and equipment. Since 2012, the R & D center of FK Co., Ltd. has set up the Technology Research Office of inorganic silicate coating, and started the research and development of inorganic silicate. The single component inorganic silicate coating is used to realize the coating industry to become a real environmental protection industry. At present, latex paint, which occupies the mainstream position in the paint market, is a derivative product of petrochemical industry. No matter from the source of raw materials or the production chain process of petrochemical products, VOC will be produced and have a negative impact on the environment. The purpose of FK's research and development of inorganic silicate coatings is to fundamentally change the nature of architectural coatings and truly achieve zero VOC release. In 2015, Fuke passed the examination of the national small and medium-sized enterprise stock transfer center, became a listed enterprise on the new third board, and began to enter the social financing channels. The enterprise is willing to share its unique innovative scientific and technological achievements with the public through equity trading and accept the supervision of the whole society.
