中国三也宜记茶叶集团由池致春先生创办,集团产业包括个人全资子公司宁德市三也农业开发有限公司(含配套的茶山、茶厂、畜牧业、水产养殖业)、厦门市三也贸易有限公司和池氏家族产业上金贝旅游开发区。

宁德市三也农业开发有限公司成立于2007年6月21日,注册资本600万元,是一家民营股份制农业综合开发企业。公司立足当前资源优势,以“公司+基地+农产”为模式,种、养、开发为主导,依托科研院校,加速科技成果的转化及推广应用,带动农民致富奔小康,是宁德市规模较大的农业开发企业之一,经过多年的耕耘,已经发展成为一家集有机茶园开发、种植、加工、营销为一体的红茶品牌。
