陕西双翼石油化工有限责任公司位于富县工业园区。

公司是于1998年3月成功改制原延安市安塞县石化厂而成立的石化企业。2000年经国家经贸委、国家工商局等10部委清理整顿，国经贸石化[2000]1095号文件《关于印发经清理整顿保留的小炼油厂名单的通知》批准予以保留企业。经过短短几年的发展，现已成为拥有全资或控股子公司4个，总资产16亿元，涉及石油化工、精细化工、房地产开发等领域的综合石化企业。
