公司位于株洲国家高新技术产业开发区，首期工程投资一亿二千万元，从奥地利格瑞纳公司，德国克劳斯·玛菲公司引进塑钢门窗生产线，年产优质PVC塑料异型材2.5万吨，并自行组装高级塑钢门窗10万平方米。1997年公司从韩国引进三条芯层发泡管材生产线，年产6000吨芯层发泡管材。2001年，引进PP—R上水管生产线，年产量1000吨。其塑料型材，塑钢门窗，发泡管材，PP—R上水管均使用《湘瑞》注册商标。
