重庆捷力轮毂制造有限公司创建于一九九六年六月，十七年来公司依靠经营管理理念，求真务实，奋力拼搏，一跃成为国内专业生产摩托车铝合金轮毂的现代化企业。公司原址位于重庆九龙坡区盘龙，因企业发展需要于2006年整体搬迁至重庆垫江工业园区。新厂区固定资产投资2亿元，占地200余亩，厂房及配套设施建筑面积8万平方米。拥有各类生产设备370余台套，摩托车铝合金轮毂设计能力达到年产销规模1200万只。

为了实现产品的精良制造，工厂装备了模具设计制造、铸造、热处理、表面涂装、机械加工、装配等生产设备和光电直读光谱仪、金相显微镜、X射线无损探伤仪、强度及耐久性试验机、全套化学分析检测设备等检测仪器和设备，同时建立完备的设计研发手段（CAD/CAM），能够自主研发摩托车铝合金车轮模具及产品，现已拥有专利项目60余项。严格按照ISO9001-2000及TS16949标准建立健全质量管理体系，导入精益生产，六西格玛品质管理等管理思想和理念。
