牡丹江北方合金工具有限公司隶属于黑龙江北方工具有限公司，始建于1953年，承担钨合金和硬质合金制品的生产任务，是国内较早生产硬质合金和钨合金产品的基地。

公司地处于风景秀丽的北方旅游名城牡丹江市区中心，接壤中俄边贸口岸绥芬河，毗邻避暑胜地镜泊湖，公路、铁路、航空交通条件便捷。公司现有员工190余人，其中，硕士学历1人，本科学历34人，高级职称10人，中级职称21人。厂房15000多平方米，拥有喷雾制粒机、冷等静压机、1000吨油压机、粉末全自动压力机、真空脱脂烧结一体炉、高温真空烧结炉、美国AVS压力烧结炉、研球机等国内外先进设备300余台套，固定资产总额1955万元。公司下设综合部、开发部、生产部、技术质量部、财务部、销售部、供应部、检验部、国际贸易部等九个部门，和钨合金车间、硬质合金车间、机加车间三个车间。
