保定金拓机房设备股份有限公司，创建于2009年1月，是一家综合性的机房装饰建筑材料生产企业。多年来一直专注于机房地面与墙面静电防护、综合布线以及产品研发。主营项目包括防静电地板、网络地板、通风地板、机房彩钢板等多系列产品，公司现拥有地板生产厂房6座，占地4000余平方米，并配置有业内领先的钢板生产线2条，复合板生产线1条，墙板生产线1条；年产量为30万平方米左右。

2015年6月2日，保定金拓机房设备股份有限公司（简称：金拓股份）在石家庄股权交易所顺利挂牌上市，敲响了迈向资本市场的锣声。这对于金拓股份而言具有十分重要的意义，从此可以走入资本运作的市场成为挂牌企业！
