2018年1月28日,天禧传奇全球新零售店——联想智生活直营店在北京金源燕莎购物中心隆重揭幕,联想智生活直营店的面世标志着联想正式开启了第四次零售变革风潮。过去30多年,从创建代理分销制,到建立1+1特许专卖店体系,再到电商营销,联想一直在推进全球IT零售新变革。
目前,联想新零售店内展陈的商品品类高达400多个,囊括联想自有品牌产品、联想赋能品牌产品和联想智选产品,覆盖智能家居、智能穿戴出行、全场景娱乐等领域。未来线上线下商品品类总数将超过1000个,实现店内商品线下线上全渠道同款同价。
同时,联想新零售店内产品展陈、仓储物流、销售管理、营销服务等,都正在向线上线下全渠道、一体化、数字化、智能化的方向进行变革,带给用户超预期的数据化、个性化、智能化服务。
天禧传奇公司将打造5家科技概念店,通过20家直营店打造模型,升级150家4S店进入体系;将用三年时间,建立布局全国重要shopping mall的1000家加盟店面体系;未来将建立5000家智能无人售货店面,目前包括无人闪柜项目已经开始招标。
