山东乐悠悠花生油科技有限公司与中国香港黄金果国际有限公司合作的花生综合利用项目是2013年市、县建设项目之一，该项目总投资15亿元，固定资产投资6.7亿元，流动资金8.3亿元，规划日处理花生原料1000吨，此项目达产后可实现年营业收入32亿元左右，利税3.2亿元左右；有效的解决了当地剩余劳动力的就业问题，增加了农民收入，增强了当地经济的发展实力。

本项目技术主要依托国家粮食储备局西安油脂科学研究设计院，该院是国内的油脂专业研究设计院。该项目采用低温冷榨生产工艺，能够满足消费者对花生油营养价值和清香气味的需求，低温压榨选用原料品质好，采用纯物理方法制油，从而保留了油品的天然特性和营养成分。另外，由于在整个制油过程中温度低，蛋白变性小，可以直接去加工生产蛋白粉，多方面开发其附加值。

本项目自2013年3月份开工建设，同年12月底开始试生产，实现了当年开工开工、当年建成、当年投产的目标。

The project adopts the cold pressing process at low temperature, which can meet the needs of consumers for the nutritional value and fragrance of peanut oil. The raw materials used in the cold pressing process are of good quality, and the pure physical method is used to make the oil, thus preserving the natural characteristics and nutritional components of the oil. In addition, due to the low temperature and small protein denaturation in the whole oil production process, it can be directly processed to produce protein powder and develop its added value in many ways. The construction of the project started in March 2013, and trial production began at the end of December of the same year, achieving the goal of starting, completing and putting into production in that year.
