梅河口市阜康酒精有限责任公司是以玉米为原料的粮食深加工企业。公司坐落于梅河口市经济开发区工业园区，占地面积45.9万平方米，建筑面积16万平方米，注册资本10000万元。年加工转化玉米150万吨，年产各类酒精50万吨。公司现有从业人员1504人，其中科研技术人员98人,一线人员1215人。具有大专以上学历或具有技术职称人数占企业员工总数26.4%，直接从事科研技术人员占企业员工总人数的4.1%。公司主要生产和经营特、优、普级食用酒精、无水乙醇、药用乙醇以及高蛋白饲料、玉米精炼油、食品级二氧化碳等产品。主打产品优级食用酒精主要满足于高中档白酒市场及饮料酒勾兑。

公司前身为梅河口市酒精厂，成立于1989年6月，1992年10月正式投产，同年更名为梅河天力酒精饲料有限公司，2000年4月改制为现企业。

2004年，公司投资7500万元实施了年产4万吨优级食用酒精扩建项目；2005年又投资1.4亿元新建“年转化玉米20万吨深加工项目，2009年启动了45万吨特级食用酒精工业园建设，总投资高达7.5亿元，实现了“三步走发展战略”。
