广西梧州新华电池股份有限公司创建于1937年,是中国最早的干电池生产企业之一。1954年,正式改名为“梧州市电池厂”;2002年4月,公司更名为“广西梧州新华电池股份有限公司”;2006年7月,经广西壮族自治区国资委批复,广西大锰锰业有限公司公司正式受让梧州市政府所持有的新华电池公司国有股股权,标志着公司改制完成,成为广西大锰锰业有限公司直属控股企业。

经营范围:干电池、二次电池(含移动通讯手持机电源)及其零部件的制造、销售及出口业务;干电池、二次电池(含移动通讯手持机电源)生产有关的原辅材料、化工原料(危险化学品除外)及其零部件、仪器仪表的进口业务;日用百货的购销,五金加工,国内商业贸易(有专项规定的除外),经济技术咨询及合作;自营和代理各类商品和技术的进出口业务。

公司注册资本为人民币3380万元。2011年公司资产总计29393万元:其中流动资产17733万元,长期投资1620万元,固定资产5757万元,在建工程1231万元,无形资产3052万元。2010年5月,新华公司完成了从梧州市西堤路到梧州市万秀区工业集中区的整体搬迁,厂区占地面积231亩,2012年7月有员工622名,其中各类管理及专业技术人员62人。经过技术改造和引进新的生产线,公司目前主要装备有各种型号电池生产线19条和配套设施,全部达到国内领先水平,具有年生产7.5亿只各类干电池的能力。

公司享有自营进出口权,是我国轻工行业重点骨干企业,产量、产值、出口量、出口创汇等主要指标居全国电池行业45家重点企业前10名。近年来,“Sunawtt(新华)”牌电池出口创汇稳居自治区机电产品出口前列。公司按照预定的年度生产经营指标,积极开展企业生产经营工作,不断创新方法,充分利用“新华”的品牌效应,培育新的经济销售增长点,企业经济效益良好。2011年公司实现电池销售数量8.63亿只,销售收入6亿元,出口创汇3783.91万美元,利税总额4588.73万元(含出口退税)。
